These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our shop under www.jokesbazaar.com. Wix acts as a platform provider; the sales contract is concluded directly between the customer and Sakti Studio LLC.

Our products are fulfilled via Printful using a print-on-demand process. This includes clothing, accessories, and other customized products made specifically to order.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

By placing an order through our shop, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products. The sales contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation email.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment processing is handled via the payment providers offered by Wix. Please note that additional customs fees, import duties, or local handling charges may apply in your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Production & Shipping

Production and shipping are handled by Printful.
Printful operates facilities in the USA, Canada, Mexico, UK, Latvia, Spain, Japan, Brazil, and Australia.
The nearest facility is automatically selected based on the customer’s delivery location.
Production typically takes 2–7 business days.
Shipping times vary by country, and estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout.

6. Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

As our products are custom-made, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once production has started, except in the following cases:

Manufacturing defects
Incorrect items received
Items damaged during shipping

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@jokesbazaar.com with photos of the issue. For EU customers, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products (Art. 16(c) Directive 2011/83/EU).

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, logos, texts, and images are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Any reproduction or distribution without our prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by external factors or force majeure.
